Well, I have been having a hard time catching up with everything that has gone on since Mikayla's birthday, Christmas, and the New Year. I feel like I have been running a step behind. I think I am finally catching up with things. The day after Christmas (Friday) we went to Salt Lake to visit the family. We had to first fly to Houston and our good friends there came and picked us up to hang out with them at their house, because we had a five hour wait until our next flight to Salt Lake City. They made our wait so much more enjoyable!! Our kids got to play with friends and they even made a nice lunch for us. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Then when we arrived in Salt Lake City, we went straight to my parents house for a Christmas party, the next morning had the kids teeth checked by my dad (yeah!! No Cavities!) , spent the afternoon with Matt's family, then Sunday went to church, packed and flew out that night. It was a fun time and we loved seeing everyone, but it went by fast. It would have been nice to stay longer! Although, it was nice to get back, because Devin had started getting sick on Sunday and was really sick for a good week. And of course Matt was gone most of that week, so needless to say I really got nothing done that week!! So, last week was catch up week first sleep of course then everything else. I just took down the Christmas decorations today (I know, pathetic huh!). That's how behind I have been. I think I am caught up now and just in time for Matt's birthday on Monday, it never stops!

I agree...it has taken me forever to catch up also! We are so looking forward to seeing you this weekend...let us know if it is going to work out. Have you seen the weather up here lately?
Cute photo. What is your e-mail address?

We were so happy that you called when you came to Houston! You can stop by for lunch anytime (but no guarantees for spiral ham!). Maybe next time you'll have more than a few hours!
We loved seeing you, we just wish it was longer! Oh and about the christmas decorations, don't feel bad, I still haven't taken mine all down. taking them down is just not as much fun as putting them up.
You guys have been having too much fun. It's great that you can move to a different town and still get to see friends where you used to live. About your Christmas decorations---one year I left the tree up for so long, I took off the decorations and put Valentine hearts on it!!!!! Now THAT is pathetic!
